In catalyst, is there a whitelist of applications to be automatically assigned to the AMD GPU?

If yes, how can I make AMD to add my application to the database?

Don't know if it will help you but on notebooks with switchable graphics card, you can effectively assign a GPU to an app.

Right , but we can't really ask users to do this.

It seems that there are several features that may not be supported when running an application on the discrete GPU on the latest AMD switchable graphics notebooks ...amongst other things d3d9ex+ resource sharing. So there must be a way / an API which can ensure the developer that his application will use the Integrated GPU instead of the Discrete GPU (Or vise versa). Any ideas where to find info on the API to support forcing your application to run on integrated GPU and to inspect what GPU a current process is running on ?
