Hi all,

     I got a problem that is my device doesn't support images. My graphic card is Radon 4870, and I have already setup AMD APP SDK v2.6. How can such a problem be caused? Anything else should I install?

radeon 4xxx don't support images. you must get newer card.

__local memory is emulated into device RAM where is __global stored. so access to local is slow. also 4xxx support only OpenCL 1.0.
