AFAIK, there is no a simple way to do that. I think that every author of the specialized utilities (like Riva Tuner, ATI Tray Tool, GPU-Z and so on) has its own secrets
. Well, there are many ways to get GPU clock:
1) from GPU manuals (for example:
http://developer.amd.com/docum...efault.aspx#open_gpu) 2) from analyzing and debugging aforementioned utilities (if you have a lot of time and know what is x86 assembler language)
