Firepro w7000 opencl 2.0 support

Dear AMD

I am a 3D artist, according to w7000 data sheet, it is has been certified by chaos group Vray. But Vray RT can't compile the opencl binary for this card. Therefore this card is not supported by Vray. The data sheet lied.

Some of the older cards even support OpenCl2.0, so is w7100. So why not w7000?

So When will you release a driver for it to support openCL 2.0?

FirePro W7000 is based on Pitcairn XT (List of AMD graphics processing units - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) which has GCN 1.0 support. Currently, OpenCL 2.0 is supported on GCN 1.1 and higher cards.

Thanks for clearing this up. I just wish it will be supported in near future. Unable to use it for the work I do, and purely rely on CPU is a waste of money.
