linux host + windows ssh (+ XMing)
Hi!
I have found that for some reason there is a huge delay in running OpenCL applications on a linux (Ubuntu 10.04) host if I access the machine via Win 7 (64-bit) through Putty. (I occasionally use X11 tunneling also with XMing, but the issue still exists regardless) It takes about roughly 20 seconds until the platform layer at the begininng of the application is accessed. If I run a virtual Ubuntu in VMWare (on the same Win 7 machine) and ssh the way to the linux host with the GPUs inside, everything works alright. (Generally all linux ssh work fine)
Any ideas what could be the cause of this? (Or how to find a way around?)
