We can screenshot during full screen and we can see a correct image even if it is not displayed on the monitor.

I'm working on a product in DirectX9c.
It is performing well under Windows XP & Vista with ATI Card, but in Windows 7 when the full screen is enable, the monitor display nothing. (black screen)
We can screenshot during full screen and we can see a correct image even if it is not displayed on the monitor which remain black.
Do we need to do something special to wake up the output?
Drivers problem ?
