Driver crash (TDR/BSOD) on OpenGL programs using dual-source blending

https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/issues/1552

Just tell the program where to find GS file and gsdx.dll, and start it with the already set options.

Sources for both the program and the dynamic library are available on the same repository.

Any news that doesn't entail reverting fixes to previous significant issues possibly

Thank you for the report. Since I don't deal with the GL stack, I've passed your question to the relevant team.

Anything new about fix for this issue ?

This issue is currently being worked on. It shouldn't take to much longer...

I can confirm we determined this to be a driver issue. Our GL driver team is now working on a fix.

We have fixed this issue internally. The bug should no longer reproduce in the next driver release, or the one that follows.

Define "next driver release", because since this comment 2 drivers came out, and still no fix.

Installed Relive driver, still not fixed. So "next driver release" = half year\1 year later ?

Putting aside issues due to marketing department not cooperating, is your fixed branch also addressing this?

Any new ETA? (did you guys even really fixed this issue, or you just said so?)

As stated, the issue has been fixed internally. I'm going to update this thread once it goes public.

I see that you fix is included 17.2.1 but is breaks GL_ARB_separate_shader_objects + dual source blending once again ... great work AMD ...

Apologies, I'm going to try chasing this internally.
