Hi,

i want to extend my Benchmarksuite with the ability to change voltage, and clocks per Software.

Are there any informations about the available registers and so on? Software like MSI Afterburner can change it, so there should be no problem.

It would be also interesting, if there are any informations about the BIOS available.

Are they so critical? MSI Afterburner, and so on use such informations...

Ok, i still wait for some informations how to get clock/temp and so on directly from the hardware, and how i can set parameters like the clock.

I think there is probably a difference between older cards and newer cards. The voltage change in 7xxx series seem to be more difficult. You can have a look at the cgminer (can change some powertune settings also) sources, radeonvolt program sources etc.  (but I dont know any open source program which can do it for 7xxx)
