Is there anyway to modify the value of hCR3 in a VM without triggering a VMExit? In Intel VT, if the CR3 is switched to one of the addresses in the list CR3_TARGET_LIST maintained by the hypervisor, VMExit will not be triggered.

Does AMD-V support a similar feature?

I still cannot find ways to modify the Host CR3.  Is it a real hadware register?
