There can be found that AMD have their GEM-5 based Full-system simulator for HSA,

will it be released? Or just only for internal use?

Because I want find some full-system simulator for HSA ,

I know there have a project called " HSAemu ", the  release version already not support for their lab,

and the developer team seems won't release their current version right now cause some license issue .

There are plans to release the baseline GPU model that directly executes HSAIL.  The release is advertised at ISCA: http://gem5.org/wiki/images/7/7a/2015_ws_03_amd-apu-model.pdf
