AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS usb-c video and power issue

Hello,

I have a problem with the two USB-c ports on my Tuxedo Pulse14 gen4 featuring a AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS. When I  connect different external monitors using different proper USB-c cables I have the monitors being recognized but after a certain amount of time they start disconnecting and reconnecting until they are definitively disconnected. I have then to switch USB-c power cable with USB-c external monitor cables multiple times to see the monitor start working again. Also gentling moving the cable plug near the laptop's USB-c port seems to trigger the issue.
I already sent the PC to Tuxedo to be repaired and they changed the AMD motherboard and at the beginning the problem was much less frequent but after few months the problem started happening again a lot.
From Tuxedo assistance have just told me that AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS does not support video and power delivery at the same time via its USB-c ports. On the contrary looking at the specifications (https://www.amd.com/en/products/processors/laptop/ryzen/8000-series/amd-ryzen-7-8845hs.html) it looks to me that it does. Can somebody confirm that AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS supports power and video through its USB-c ports?
Also a small battery icon depicted near the two USB-c port with the SS symbol should mean that they are capable to deliver both power and video, right? I am currently using a small portable monitor ViewSonic VA1655 (https://www.viewsonic.com/global/products/sheet/VA1655) and I have simlar issue with a bigger Asus (https://www.asus.com/displays-desktops/monitors/proart/proart-display-pa278cv/ ). On the contrary via HDMI cable everything is fine. I also tested the ports with a docking station at a friend's house and we found same intermittent issue gently moving the plug in the USB-c port.
Here a video showing how the monitor is re-connected and disconnected after few seconds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zbecB3fm3E
Please help! This is going on for too long

Since you found that the HDMI connection is stable, is there a reason you cannot use HDMI port(s) for your monitors?  You might even try an HDMI to USB-C adapter to see if that works.

My question was if AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS is able to deliver power and video through USB-c ports as I think it should. The subsequent question is if other users have experienced similar issues with this model and what was the solution. Of course the solution can not be to just accept the malfunction without any investigation. I also hope someone from AMD can help me here and suggest what to do. Perhaps I can forward their message to Tuxedo (the company who assembled and sold the laptop to me here in Europe)
