It seems nVidia already make move to OpenCL.
Will AMD/ATI support this language too and when corresponding drivers/SDKs will be available?
I'm unable to comment on the timing of our OpenCL release. However you can see from these videos that are actively working on it.

We are working with strategic partners currently and providing them with a preview release of OpenCL. A public release of OpenCL will be available in the second half of 2009.

What do I have to do to become a strategic partner? In announcment-English "second half of 2009" usually implies December 20th or so, which is indeed a bit late...

Same question here : What are the necessary step (NDA signing, etc...) to have access to a preview-version of OpenCL's implementation on ATI GPUs ?
Or by strategic partners, is ATI only implying big fishes like Apple ?
