Is there an instruction in the IL that will trigger the NOP ISA instruction?
Or is there an IL instruction that will trigger a new clause, ie. a way to separate instructions into multiple clauses manually?
Neither of these are possible as both NOP's and new clauses are determined by the compiler heuristics based on the asic that the program is being compiled for.
