When I click on the link it tells me I am already logged in, that's it. I am unable to download this tool. A small window came up but I couldn't navigate within it. Am I missing the link?

The link at the bottom of the page just takes you to the "login" page.

  Which browser are you using?  I'm able to download the tool without problem (even from outside AMD domain).

IE 7.0 on the machine I had the problem with, when I posted this.

I was able to download it just fine on a machine with IE 8.0, a few hours after I posted this, not at the 7.0 machine to check again.
