Hello,
I installed the amdstream-call-1.2.1_beta.x86_64.run on an Gentoo Linux System by converting the rpm into an tar-archive.
After Installation i set up LD_LIBRARY_PATH and CALROOT.
I installed the fglrx_driver supportet by ati-driver-installer-8-11-x86_64.run and loaded the module.
However CAL doesnt recognize the Graphics Device as shown by FindNumDevices:
CAL initialized.
Finding out number of devices :-
Device Count = 0
CAL shutdown successful.
Press enter to exit...
The Chipset of the Graphics Card is:
Chipset: "ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2" (Chipset = 0x9441)
Can anyone tell me what to do to get the Device work?
