What failed: atikmpag.sys

How the error is triggered: Open League of Legends launcher (just the launcher), now open Chrome login your facebook scroll down your news feed until you see some video contents.

Note: I notice this error starts to occur after the last cumulative update of windows 10, therefore updated windows 10 will have this issue.

This has been a widely reported issue. While it is only a work around not a true driver fix. Many find that disabling hardware acceleration in Chrome helps the issue. Also many report they don't get the issue with Firefox either.
