Problems with drivers for Windows 7

Problems with drivers for Windows 7 (Radeon RX 550 in my case). A few days ago I bought this card. And of course, I installed the latest driver available at that time - Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2. I started having problems playing videos from YouTube in the Chrome browser, as well as in the MPV player. Moving objects in the video move with jerks. I want to emphasize that both the browser and the player do not use hardware acceleration. This problem could appear and disappear. But most of the time she is present. With the Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.3.1 driver, things get worse. After searching the internet for information, I decided to try the Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.11.4 driver. With this version of the driver, I have no such problems at all. Also, I did not have such problems with the latest drivers in Windows 10.
An example video where I observe these problems when playing - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TmhvnclCdaA

I have Win7 and RX580

I would try a clean install of the 19.12.1 drivers using DDU in safe mode. This is the most stable version.

Clean Install AMD Graphics Drivers
