Anyone else having equip to win amazon issues?

Ok so im building two towers with ryzen 3800x processors bought them at amazon. it says they are participating in the equip to win promotion. i havent recieved any codes for the 2 games or xbox live 3 months like advertised its been almost 2 weeks anyone else having this issue?

Basically if Amazon doesn't give you the Game Coupon or code you are out of luck. Without it you can't redeem it at AMD Rewards. The Retailers or Manufacturers are the one responsible for giving out the Game codes or coupons not AMD if they are participating the AMD promotions.
