Radeon RX 5700 XT Freesync Issue

hello, i want to ask if amd already fix the issue regarding freesync?
my problem is if i turn on freesync on my monitor and radeon setting, the video that i watch got stuttering or screen tearing but it will gone if i turn them off. btw my driver version is 19.7.2

It doesn't seem to be limited to a particular GPU as far as I can tell; seems to be related to LFC on specific monitors. The LG Ultrawide monitors seem prone to it though some others have been mentioned also. No known fix yet and it still isn't on a list of known issues. The last working driver is 18.12.1.1 so it's been broken for around 8 months now.
