RX Vega Arch Glass turns Emissive

When I render a glass object, it should look like this: pastedImage_1.png

This was rendered with my i7-8700B CPU. However, when I enable a Vega arch card, such as my VII, the glass shader magically turns into an emission: pastedImage_2.png

The only difference between these images is what device is being used. I have reached out to others with Vega arch cards, the RX Vega 64 and WX 9100, and they suffer the same issue. It also has been reproduced on Windows as well as macOS. However, the RX 560, 560X, and RX 580 have been confirmed to work just as normal. Polaris seems to be just fine.

Machine Spec:

Mac mini 2018

macOS 10.14.6 Public Beta 1

i7-8700B 32GB

Radeon VII 16GB eGPU

Blender 2.8 β + RPR 2.0.85

Confirmed on RPR 2.0.85 with macOS 10.14.5 official with a WX 9100... glass objects turn strangely emissive amongst many other VEGA only problems in this scene.... including weird Spotlight Shadow and very flat reflections.

Same render with RX 580:
