i can't receive the activation code on installing radeon pro render on win10

win10, 1803, RAM 24 GB, ProColor R9 390, Software Radean 18.12.3

The activation code should be on the webpage after you fill out the info, and sent in email.  PM me if that is not clear or doesn't come through.
