After I updated Radeon to 18.12.2 some games have been getting low-to no fps and google chrome black screens constantly. I tried updating to 18.12.3, that made no difference. Windows 10 also updated on the same day this started happening(January 5th). How do fix?
GPU is AMD R7 370
CPU is AMD FX-4350
