Just updated to the 18.12.3 driver which I hoped would solve at least one of the issues but nope, not even listed in the release notes as issues even though there are many people with the same problems.
I have no options to auto overclock - the buttons simply are not there.
The overlay only appears occasionally and crashes within minutes.
The Compatibility Checker is giving the same message about being offline that so many people are getting.
I did a clean install by the way using the AMD driver uninstaller, I'm using an RX 580 on a Ryzen 1600 system.
