My computer is a RX460 from sapphire and the A10 7700K with the gpu disable, because it give me problems whwn I update to the windows 10 1703 anniversary update I think it is called

I am running AMD Adrenalin 2019 with Windows 10 64bit 18.03 Pro on the "Business Branch".

I downloaded Adrenalin 2019 Installer for windows 10 first.
Then disconnect from the internet.

Then boot into windows 10 safe mode.

Run DDU in windows 10 safe mode and remove any AMD GPU drivers.

Reboot into Winows 10 normal mode.

Install Adrenalin 2019 install ReLive.

Then reboot the machine.

Then and only then reconnect the PC to the internet.

Good luck.

A. 1703 is now 2 versions behind. The current Windows 10 version is 1809.

B. The 18.12.2 is proving problematic to get installed for many users. Please try the following:

Have the 18.12.2 driver dowloaded to your local drive.

Run DDU, from wagnardsoft_com from Safe Mode, follow the included instructions.

DISABLE THE INTERNET, unplug cable from computer or turn off router, etc....

Restart and install the AMD driver, choose custom / clean install.

Restart the computer with Internet back on.

Hopefully that fixes things....

what's DDU? Do I have to download it?

DDU (display driver uninstaller) wagnardsoft_com. Comes with instructions, follow them. Same information I gave a day ago above.
