It is mentioned in the HPC section (Accelerators for High Performance Compute | AMD )

that AMD supports several programming standards, including OpenACC.
I would be curious to know which compilers support OpenACC on AMD GPUs.
I had a few (troublesome, to be fair) experiences with PGI up to version 16.10 on a FirePro W9100,
but the support for AMD hardware has been discontinued in later versions.

From above link says OpenACC now supports AMD ZEN CPUS: New PGI 18.4 Community Edition is Available | OpenACC

Try asking your question at AMD OpenCL Forum: OpenCL . Seems like OpenACC uses Opencl programming.
