philyb, I cannot answer your question, but I agree that you should not need to run Ryzen Master (RM) when OC. Are you creating and saving an OC Profile? I have not seen this question before, so suspect others do not start RM each boot. BTW, here is a good reference for Dynamic local Mode. I was trying to understand it myself. Thanks and enjoy, John.
