Tried everything can't fix code 43

I have an Asus laptop with a radeon r5 420 graphics card and it keeps getting code 43 i have tried everything i could find and nothing helped i tried: Rebooting, uninstall and install with ddu, windows trouble shooting, turned off windows autoinstall and still nothing has fixed it so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue on Windows 10 with AMD R7 RX560.  It's a Dell Inspirion 5000 I just bought for Christmas.  I haven't even done anything with it because of this issue.  Uninstalled/Reinstalled device and drivers, updated drivers, updated Windows, and restarted more times that I care to count.  Every thread on Microsoft Support says contact AMD.  This is extremely frustrating.
