Hi,

I cant downgrade from AMD software version 18.9.3 (recommended driver). I had 18.5.1 but it doesn't appear anymore.

Uninstall 18.9.3, download and install 18.5.1

AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

Launch the 18.5.1 installer, click local driver, click Clean Install.

You beat me to it...;) Yes, You can also keep the newer driver installed, start the driver installation program for the older driver you wish to install, and select "clean install" at the proper moment--this is just like a) uninstall new driver, b) install older driver, except it allows you to do it all in one step without having to uninstall the current driver first.
