My monitor is an Insignia NS-24E730A12 TV.
The new GPU i just installed is a Gigabyte RX 570. It's hooked up with HDMI, all drivers up to date. I've messed around with the Radeon AMD software that allows me to change display settings, to no avail.
My previous GPU was a GTX 950, and everything was fine, there was no banding.
Anyone have any suggestions? Would appreciate it. Thanks!
