Is Ryen and Radeon vega compatiblt with Windows 7?

For a while now, I've been trying to Install windows 7 on my HP/AMD PC because i feel more comfortable with windows 7 than Windows 10. Ive heard about that some AMD items aren't compatible with windows 7.

Is it Possible to install with my PC?

Specs: HP Notebook db-0003ca

Processor:   AMD Ryzen 3 2200U with Radeon Vega Mobile Graphics 

RAM: Hynix 8GB DDR4 2400 MHz

HDD:    ST1000LM035-1RK172 1TB SMART supported

I wanna move away from windows 10

I may dualboot if i feel like it

There are no drivers directly available from AMD for that product, if HP don't have win7 drivers, probably not.
