The current drivers does not bring the additional configuration as before and is an important detail
You could try C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\CNext\CCCSlim\ccc.exe
There seems to be fewer and fewer options available each incremented driver. You might find what you're looking for in a ccc from an earlier version.
