my pc/windows crashes and restarts the system upon installing the new 18.10.2 driver , now whatever the version i'm on ( 18.5.1 right now) it doesn't matter , whenever i attempt to install the new driver it just crashes and restarts.

AMD graphics card : R5 M335 4GB

laptop dell inspiron 5559

windows 10 pro.

current driver ver : 18.5.1

I have the same problem since the release of the patch on 11/05/18, I format my pc and the problem still persists.

Win 10 64bits Home with all update
AMD Fx 8320
R7 370 2GB

Delete the Nov.5 dated driver, there was an upload/server issue ?

It has been repaired/replaced dated Nov.6, also now newer 18.11.1.
