Problem with using gpu memory

I have a problem with AMD Radeon 535DX. This card has 2000 MB of memory, but it use only 500, like a main card on my laptop (Radeon R5 with 500 MB of memory)

Think you should query the laptop manufacturer support forum.(some make/models have fixed(switchable) or dynamic(automatic)).
