AMD Rewards can't login/cant create account to redeem

Just purchased a RX580 Sapphire Nitro 4gb from a website on my country, but i didnt received any coupom or code of any sort, and i can't even create a account on AMD Rewards, and i am running out of time to receive the prizes.
What should i do to proceed?? Opened a ticket to AMD and they said i need to use another passwords (LOL), how i would use another password if i cant even create an account.

You first need to confirm that the vendor you purchased the card from is participating in the program. If yes, you should receive the coupon code from the vendor.


Only after you receive the coupon code should you redeem the same on the amdrewards web site.
