I have AMD Radeon 6600M and the OpenGl is 4.4 version, but windows 10 does not recognize it and says I dont have any OpenGl. Please help.

I am trying to run Emulators like Bluestacks, Nox, Andydroid, Genymotion and none of them will run as I get drivers are not updated, Opengl does not exist. Is there a solution besides upgrading drivers and downgrading to Windows 7.

Yes on Windows 7 all works fine.

Need to specify which HD6600m GPU card you have installed.

Seems like AMD uses the same driver for both the HD6630m and HD6650m series GPU cards from AMD Download page: AMD Radeon™ HD 6850M Drivers & Support | AMD

By the way, Your GPU is considered to be Legacy by AMD and is not supported by any more driver updates. The last drivers are from 2015 and early 2016 BETA.
