What is the lowest idle voltage for Ryzen 1600?

I have Gigabyte B450 DS3H. I updated firmware from F1 to F2 which said just better memory compatibility. Previously my ryzen would idle at 0.8v but after update its idling at 0.3-0.4v and many times crashing and restarting at idle or low work loads. I have no problems while stress testing. Non-overclocked. I even downgraded bios to F1 but the low idle voltage remains.  Can anyone tell me what to do?

Same as the 1800X, 0.8-0.9v

ever since i upgraded my bios my pc always freezes on auto voltage. I have to manually put 1.2v always to make it stable. I even tried downgrading bios but the problem remain :/
