RX480 not displaying anything after moving PCIE slot

A while back I bought a RX580 to add the a second card into my system. Whilst installing the card my motherboard got fried. When I got the warranty board back I installed both my RX580 and my RX480. My PC detects both cards in device manager as well as my Crimson Radeon Settings but there is no display on my RX480 card. At the time I tried the card solo in the PCIE slot and it worked fine. I posted on a few forums for help and we came to the consensus that it was a PSU problem as i had a 650W PSU. At the time I couldn't really afford a new PSU so I installed my RX580 and used it for the past few months. To my excitement a 1000W EBGA PSU was on sale so I picked it up. But alas now the RX480 STILL has no display. Can anyone help me out here?

Thanks

Connect both monitors to the main(primary) card, none on the slave card.
