AMD dropped SPIR support

From adrenalin 18.7.1 to 18.8.2 clBuildProgram exited with CL_BUILD_PROGRAM_FAILURE while trying to buld binary from SPIR source with options "-x spir -spir-std=1.2".

clGetProgramBuildInfo return error description:

Error: HSAIL doesn't support OpenCL extension spir.

An invalid option was specified.

Error: BRIG code generation failed.

At the same time clGetDeviceInfo with CL_DEVICE_EXTENSIONS says that cl_khr_spir is supported extension on my R7 360.

I'm confused, does AMD dropped support for SPIR, or this is just a bug? Anyone know something about this?

No problem

GPU: AMD R7 360

Desktop

OS: Windows 10 64bit

driver: Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.8.2

monitor: Iiyama PLX2483H 1920x1080 @60Hz on DVI port

motherboard: ASUS P7P55D EVO bios version 2004

cpu: Intel Core i7-860

psu: Zalman ZM600-LX

memory: 8Gb (4x HMT125U6AFP8C-H9)

But this problem exist on any configuration. Depends only on driver version. Last worked - 18.6.1.

Here is Missing OpenCL CPU support under Windows thread with similar problem (please look at the bottom). But i have no rights to write there.
