Not able to access AMD Radeon settings from desktop

I recently bought a Lenovo Ideapad 530S with an AMD Ryzen 7 2700U and a Vega Rx 10 graphics card. I would like to optimize performance by getting into the card settings, but when I right click my desktop, I am not able to see this option. I tried going to the AMD website to look for better drivers, but I only found them for the Vega 64 and Vega 56. Is there a way to access the AMD settings on my laptop??

Lenovo likes to have complete control over their systems.  Lenovo's "Solution Center" software and/or the system BIOS may not allow you to use AMD's Radeon setting or update video drivers.  I know they don't allow it on my Lenovo laptop.  Check with Lenovo to see if they allow it on your system.
