Can somebody please create a PWM Controller for AMD Graphics?

Hi,

I have a laptop HP 8570P with Radeon HD 7570M. The LED screen really hurts my eyes (on any brightness). The possible reason for this might be a too low switching frequency of the LED backlight (PWM). After searching various forums I found out that there is a certain utility Intel PWM Controller which allows to increase the PWM frequency of the LED backlight, however, it only works for Intel Graphics. Can somebody please create a PWM Controller for AMD Graphics? Please...

I fully understand that increasing the PWM frequency might permanently damage the LED screen.

I created this topic because I experience eye strain from Led screen. However, I realised that it might be caused by temporal dithering, which is enabled in all Amd chips and cards. I tried disabling it by adding the registry entry DP_DisableDither=1 (Temporal Dithering Workarounds for Windows - LED Strain  ), but it did not work. Please somebody create an utility to disable dithering! I'd be really thankful!
