Advanced and power options

Hi I got XFX AMD Radeon HD 7970 Black Edition 3GB GDDR5 and installed the latest drivers Adrenalin Edition 18.8.1. Where can I find ADVANCED OPTIONS to configure more precisely the POWER OPTIONS Looked everywere in radeon settings but was unable to find the Power options to configure

gaming -> global settings -> global wattman -> scroll down

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS

Wattman is for later generation cards, whatever settings you have available in Overdrive is all for your Gen. card.
