I have tried everything. DDU and AMD driver removal. Installed in safe mode. Installed fresh windows. Tried old drivers back to 17. Installed drivers through device manager. Checked physical install of the card. Can't open the control center at all. The computer won't recognize both screens. Card is powered on and outputs video, but I can't access any settings. The MSI nvidia 770 card I have works perfectly. The R7770 I had before worked great. Please help.
