Hello everyone,
I've recently downloaded an up-to-date driver from AMD in order to play an online game. Now, everytime a flash video player loads my entire monitor goes pitch black. It happens everytime I try to watch a video on YouTube, when I go on web pages with video advertisements, or on sites with a lot of flash. The only way to get the screen back to normal is to tap the Windows button on my keyboard and sometimes even that doesn't work. I've tried adjusting the driver settings. I turned on the AMD Steady Video setting which worked temporarily and turned off GPU scaling.
The driver I have installed is AMD Radeon R7 Graphics Version:24.20.12019.1010 Model: WDDM 2.4. I am using a Dell Inspiron 17 5000 series laptop with Windows 10 64 bit installed.
If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
