help. when checking for updates they dont show

when I run a game it gave me a notification that i need to update my drives i had the up to date version which was 17.1 and it said this has errors update to 17.1 but now it says i have 17.1 update to 18.7.1 and when i go to check for updates it says i have the up to date drive

if 17.1 runs on your system you will have atleast a GCN1 card

so 18.7.1 should work - simply go to amd.com and download the driver
