I have the wraith PRISM cooler, so i downloaded the Wraith Prism 1.15v software to control the RGB. When I click on it, it says plug in your CM product and gives no other options! It is directly plugged in to the RGB header right next to the CPU on my ASUS ROg Strix X470-F Gaming motherboard. Can somebody help?

The Aura Software from ASUS allows me to control the fan color, but not the RING color around the fan cover. it just continues in rainbow...

Ok so, in the weirdest way, i fixed my issue. I have the Gigabyte X470 gaming 7 mobo. i powered down, and switched to my backup bios (which is a older verison "F3"). Booted and the cooler worked fine and software loaded. Powered back down and switched back to my F8 version. and the cooler is still working fine. No idea, but it works now lol
