RX 560 Triple Monitors

Chose this AMD Radeon RX 560 GPU for my new Threadripper workstation, largely to begin getting some experience using AMD hardware.

Unfortunately, if any monitor is connected to DisplayPort, the DVI output no longer detects any display. Consequently, it is impossible to get more than two monitors working. This is a problem both under MSW10, and under Ubuntu 18.04 Live CD.

Samsung BWX2343 (2048x1152), DVI-D Adapter > HDMI Connector > Cable > DVI-D Connector

Samsung MU8500 (3840x2160), Active DisplayPort Adapter > HDMI Connector > Cable > DVI-D Connector

None of the configurations I have tried work under a RX 560 card. However, all work normally through a GTX 1080, with an Oculus Rift connected to the HDMI the same time.

Most of the remaining workstation hardware is documented on Github. Obviously not too eager to leap to a Vega card, having already spent significant capital building a Threadripper machine.

Is this a limitation of the Radeon RX 560, or is there a way to actually connect all three monitors to the card?

Apparently, problem solved. Seems Radeon card does not like DVI-HDMI-DVI conversion.
