Vega 56 breaks when launching overwatch

I got a vega 56 recently and I had a weird crash with overwatch. I launched overwatch and during the launch overwatch crashed and there was a lot of distortion on my screen. After the launch failed battle.net app was distorted so I rebooted my system. After rebooting my system the vega56 never loads (in device manager there's that warning symbol). I've tried reinstalling my driver (18.7.1) and taking out and putting my card back in but nothing works. Is there any solution?

I've already tried that but the vega 56 still isn't being seen by my computer.

Dowload DDU from wagnardsoft_com. Run it from SAFE MODE. It will clear out all remnants of the driver and any corruptions. Before you do that have the latest driver for your GPU available and ready to reinstall. Install it and restart and give it a go from there. If you have repeated issues with that game. Verify the game cache on that game or reinstall it.
