Notebook doesn't recognize video card

I have a Sony Vaio Notebook, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits,with a AMD Radeon HD 7670M.
Four days ago I formated my PC installed every driver and everything works, except the video card.
Tryed all the procedures I found, downloading the driver on AMD website, AMD Driver Autodetect, excluded the driver and installed again, "Update Driver Software.." on "Device Manager" online and by selecting the AMD paste, tryed other programs like Driver Pack, downloeaded every single driver on Sony website for this PC, and nothing worked.
I really need help, because I'm trying to put this thing to work for 4 (four) days, and I'm exhausted.

** Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 must be fully updated before attempting to install any AMD driver. All 'critical', 'recommended', and 'optional' (no language packs,etc) updates as well as any Service Packs (SP) must be installed before any attempt to install graphics drivers. If you do not get this message .... keep installing until you do:
