I have a question, there is a more advanced driver update for the graphics card for Windows 8.1, at the moment I just let install version 17.7. Or how to install the ultumi version.

AMD stopped driver support for Win8.1 in July 2017(no more drivers for that OS).

These are the last drivers for that card...this is assuming you don't have a AMD/APU processor.
