DirectX12 GMA support in Win10

Currently we are using DX11 in Win7 with GMA support for FirePro W5100 card.

Now we have to port to DX12 and Win10 using the same card with GMA support, but we cannot find corresponding mechanism in DX12.

AmdDxSDIQueryAllocInfo is a member in AmdDxLocalSDISurfaceList where variables ID310Resource and ID311Resource are available for DX10 and DX11; but we could not find ID312Resource.

Is there any latest mechanism to make ID312Resource available to make it compatible with DX12?

The AMD mod for pro graphics for this board is fsadough​ now that I mentioned him he should get this question.

Who is the customer? How many systems? No DGMA for DX12 yet, but for Vulkan.
